A new payment portal is now available. You can view, search, and pay your invoices in a secure online space. Please take the time to review our frequently asked questions to get you started using the portal.
What benefits do you gain by enrolling in this service?
The new billing changes allow you to view invoices, print invoices, and make online payments via our secure portal.
Who do I contact about how to use the portal?
You can ask your Accounts Receivable team to review the portal with you, or email ar@ambuinc.ambu.com for assistance. There is no formal training on the customer portal.
How do I get access to the online billing portal?
You can access the online billing portal by clicking the link below and clicking “Sign Up Now.” Once you have an account setup, you will login at this same location. If you don’t have an account, use your account number and enrollment token printed on a recent invoice to sign up.
Can multiple people have authority to log into the portal?
Your chosen administrator for the portal can add additional users.
Can we pay online?
Yes. In fact, we encourage customers to take advantage of the online payment method through ACH or by using Visa, MasterCard or Discover credit card. Using a credit card will add a 3% fee if applicable.
Do we have to pay online?
At this time, online payment is not mandatory, but we encourage you to take advantage of this convenient service.
How long will my records be available on the online portal?
A new or current invoice will be stored for viewing for 2 full years.
