Your Career at Ambu
At Ambu, we work consciously with career development in order to make the most of our resources – for the benefit of Ambu and each individual employee.
Our focus – and stance – on career development does not mean that everyone is expected to change the direction of their careers. It means that you have the possibility, if you want, to seek inspiration for your career development.
What is a career at Ambu?
Your career is an expression of your work-related path. Your career development at Ambu could involve seeking:
- an organisational identity, i.e. improving yourself in your current position rather than seeking advancement and new challenges
- new challenges in your work
- to move up, i.e. to advance within the organisation
- balance, i.e. to adjust your work obligations to ensure that work and family/friends/leisure time do not conflict
The various career views do not exclude each other, but are prioritised differently – they are also often prioritised differently in relation to the various stages in your life.
We do not view a career as solely a question of advancement. In principle, your career could move in any direction and could comprise any professional and personal development process.
